The hotel provided a mix of experiences. The rooms were one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, but unfortunately, some were filthy and never serviced. On the bright side, the friendly service always welcomed us back after our explorations each day. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, but some areas were not well maintained or lacked clear signage. Dining was a mix of delicious options but may not suit everyone's tastes.
I was thrilled with the hotel location, within walking distance to many bars and restaurants and close to major attractions like Centennial Park and downtown. The shuttle service was a great help, although it was unfortunate that there was no toilet paper available in the room when I arrived at 2:30. Despite this, I appreciated the convenience and accessibility of everything I needed during my stay.
